How We Work with You

A transportation program is built by the people who run it. We assign an account manager at the start, who stays with the program through planning, execution, and the final review. Our account managers work alongside our events team, bringing more than 75 years of combined experience to each program. We are reachable for meetings, calls, and questions through every step.

 

Our Team Members

The account manager leads a team prepared to execute the program planned for each event. Each role has a defined responsibility, and each is staffed for the size and shape of the program.

On Site at your Event

• On-site supervisors sign in every vehicle at the start of the day and assign it to a route. They are the first to ensure that the planned equipment is what arrives.

• Route managers are responsible for specific routes, timing, breaks, and load factors. They work from a fixed position at the venue so they can see how each route is running and adjust before a gap becomes a queue.

• Venue & Convention Staff are positioned at each property in the itinerary, handling loading, unloading, and timing. They are the people your attendees see first, and they keep the curb moving throughout.

• Vehicle operators drive the route as mapped through GPS, and report back if conditions on the ground or traffic circumstances change.

• Cashiers and parking attendants are available to staff your lots and payment points, and keep vehicle and pedestrian traffic separated near entrances.

 

The account manager is on-site every day of the operation. They oversee communication with our staff, event management, and local authorities, and they meet with the full team each day before an event kicks off.

When ridership reports show a route running heavy or light, they adjust it. When the schedule shifts, they adjust the plan accordingly, informing all personnel. Clients are able to focus on their event while ATT's account manager and their team run transportation behind the scenes.

Our staff is always in uniform, in khaki or black pants with an ATT polo. We are happy to uniform requirements, according to the client's needs. In poor weather, our team wears teal jackets, and event management wears red so you can find them quickly. Vehicle operators wear their individual company's uniform unless otherwise requested.
