How we work with you

American Transfers & Tours will assign you an account manager. The manager will be at your disposal from the developing stages to the final review. ATT is dedicated to providing professional staff and operations. Your account manager will be readily available for anything requested, such as meetings, conference calls and other correspondences. Your account manager will work closely with our own event team.  Each executive brings their own unique skills set and ideas to customize your transportation plan. The combination of skill and 75 + years of experience provide you with the security of a well-developed and effective plan for the transportation for this event.


Our team members

Your account manager along with the following staff will be a cohesive team, prepared and trained to implement the transportation plan for your event.

  • Spot Busses for corporate busses

  • On-site supervisor- sign in and assign buses to specific route(s)

  • Route Managers- responsible for specific routes, breaks, timing of buses and load factors, they are located at the Convention Center

  • Hotel Staff- these individuals will be at hotels loading/unloading buses, load factors, timing

  • Bus Operators – Execute the driving of buses and following the route as we have them mapped physically or through GPS application services

  • Cashiers and parking attendants  


The manager will oversee communication with ATT staff as well as show management and local authorities. Other responsibilities include trouble shooting and meeting with all staff prior to event kick off. Your account manager will also work with staff to adjust routes based on ridership reports, alter the shuttle schedule, and remedy the plan. The account manager is on-site for all day-to-day duties. They are responsible for securing the necessary equipment and staff for each day of operation.When we contract additional staff, we have a select pool we choose from. These individuals are professionals as well as proficient in the ATT operational policies and procedures. Each has been properly trained on use of a two-way radio, traffic management, safety procedures and upholding our high level of customer service.Our staff will always be in uniform, consisting of Khaki or Black pants and American Transfers & Tours polo. When inclement weather arises staff will wear teal jackets, event management will be in red jackets. Bus drivers will be in their company uniform.
