We have access to many different types of vehicles
In the event that additional vehicle types are required (motor coaches, limousines, luxury SUVs/sedans), we will subcontract transportation companies to arrange appropriate transportation. As a transportation management company we are responsible for obtaining the best equipment for your event based on your needs. All vehicles will be equipped with heating and air conditioning.
DOT requirements
The vehicles will meet all federal DOT requirements & be provided by a well-respected, insured, and licensed subcontractor. The fleet will include ADA equipment. Minimums will be applied to each shift with no garage or travel time applicable. The service is based on the predetermined schedule and routing. In the event of a breakdown, the driver will contact the supervisor to arrange for a replacement vehicle immediately. All buses are to operate for a minimum of five hours.
