Sourcing For Your Program
We source motorcoaches, limousines, luxury SUVs, and sedans based on the program's needs. As a transportation management company, we are responsible for finding the right vehicle for your event rather than the one that happens to be available. Every vehicle on your program meets federal DOT requirements. ADA vehicles are part of every fleet in your program, and every vehicle is equipped with heating and air conditioning.
The Back-Up Plan
If a vehicle goes down during your program, the driver contacts a supervisor, and a replacement is dispatched immediately. American Transfers & Tours operates with contingencies in mind, implementing planned response procedures in the event of an issue.
