American Transfers & Tours offers ways to enhance the experience your attendees will already have at the event. As we strive to provide the best service and hospitality in the industry, please let us know if there are additional services we should implement.
Sight Seeing Tours
ATT employs not only transportation partners but tour guides as well. Our tour operators are professional and trained on the local area, history, and fun facts. These tour guides and set routes will only enhance your attendees’ experiences. ATT tours capture the spirit of the city while taking your guests on a relaxing and memorable exploration.
Airport Programs
American Transfers & Tours VIP program is an exceptional opportunity for your top executives, keynote speakers, conference leaders etc. to be given the royal treatment. They will be greeted by one of our staff members & driven in a luxury sedan, SUV or limo. These services are extended for all transfers such as airport to hotel, convention center to hotel, evening events, etc.
Our Meet & Greet program allows guests to be met by a staff member with a sign; the staff is in a centrally located area or baggage claim. From the pickup location, staff escorts guests to their designated vehicle. Both programs welcome honored guests and attendees in a professional manner.
Communication & Safety
ATT stays connected by utilizing radios, cell phones and GPS tracking, with Samsara to provide fluidity to the transportation plan. This allows us to monitor our equipment for location with customized geo fences, route timing as well as other features like traffic and construction.
Communication is an absolute requirement along with safety. Maintaining contact with our staff and drivers is imperative. By having staff at the convention center and at hotels we are able to communicate with the drivers at all times, except when driving. ATT wants to ensure the safety of the passengers and staff by only using mobile devices when stopped.
