Our Programs
American Transfers & Tours manages ground transportation for conventions, conferences, and trade shows, for corporate programs and crew shuttles, for universities and associations, and for sporting events and concerts. We have worked at every scale, from a single executive transfer to a citywide operation moving thousands. Every one of them comes down to moving people on a schedule that will not wait. Whatever the program, clients get a comprehensive plan, an experienced operations team, and a reliable point of contact on site for every day of operation.
The Provider Standard
We do not own the buses, and that is deliberate. Drawing on a national network of transportation providers, we assign the right vehicles and operators to our programs in any market.
That means we decide who works each event. Every provider we assign has to meet the same screening, training, and experience standard, on every program, with no exceptions made for size or location. We require operating authority, insurance minimums, and federal compliance filings to be current for every provider on every program. And we verify.
Safety First Approach
Every vehicle on a program is tracked through Samsara, a fleet monitoring platform we run with customized geofences and route timing. Electronic logging covers hours of service and vehicle health, providing vehicle and driver alerts well before limits are approached. Our team and the drivers are in constant contact, with drivers reachable by phone via hands-free device. Pre-trip and post-trip inspections are documented through the same platform, with photographs recording vehicle condition. There is a record for every vehicle on every day of the program.
Beyond The Schedule
A well-run transportation program is already part of an attendees' experience. We can build on it, adding options like guided sightseeing for groups who want to see the city while in town. We arrange VIP and after-hours transfers, airport meet and greets, and dedicated vehicles for clients and executive event personnel. If there is anything else needed that isn't listed, just make a request and we will work it into the plan.
