As President of American Transfers & Tours, Kimberly Rea leads the strategic vision behind TBL Group's event management company. Under her leadership, ATT continues to broaden its national presence and deepen its expertise in transportation operations.
 

A Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, Kimberly specializes in turning strategy into execution. She builds the systems and structure that let ATT run programs the same way in every market, then she connects fleet procurement and resource coordination with oversight of the whole program.
 

Before joining ATT, Kimberly spent 15 years leading rapid-deployment and crisis-response operations for US Nursing, supporting healthcare systems through labor disruptions and other workforce events. She directed teams in situations where speed and judgment decided the outcome. Those same principles shape how she leads ATT today.
