Convention Services
When it comes to events, we like to describe our staff and services as extremely functional. We become a member of your team the moment we are selected. Together our staff gathers information, asses your needs and formulates the ideal transportation plan. Here is insight to our work & onsite coordination.

Whether it is a group of 10 or 1,000 people we have the ability to provide vehicles for:

We offer; Mini buses with 24 or 28 passenger, Mini- coaches 30-40 passenger, Standard Coaches 55-57 passenger ,and specialty coaches 61 or 81 passenger.
VIP & Meet & Greet Services
American Transfers & Tours offers special programs to welcome guests. VIP is an exceptional opportunity to treat your top executives, keynote speakers, conference leaders etc. to be greeted by one of our staff members & driven in a luxury sedan, SUV or limo. These services are extended for all transfers such as; airport to hotel, convention center to hotel, evening events, etc.
With Meet & Greets guests are met by a staff member with a sign, the staff is in a centrally located area or baggage claim. From the pick up location, staff escorts guests to their designated vehicle. Both programs, make a positive first impression on honored guests and attendees.
Consulting
At times it takes an expert to put the logistics in place. ATT staff members know the ground transportation industry backwards and forwards.
As a consultant we are the behind the scenes at the scene. We will guide you every step of the way.
Staffing
American Transfers & Tours employs a respectable and professional staff. Our drivers are trained, Federal DOT certified and uniformed.
We hold everyone; drivers, event staff and executives, to a very high standard. Each person displays an unmatched level of customer service.
Our staff has years of experience, is familiar with the DFW area and many are members of the Tour Guide Association.
Parking
American Transfers & Tours is able to offer more than ease of transportation. In 1998 our sister company American Traffic Management opened for business.
